Malegaon Bomb Blast Case : मध्य प्रदेश की राजधानी भोपाल संसदीय क्षेत्र से पूर्व सांसद और भाजपा की फायर ब्रांड नेता साध्वी प्रज्ञा सिंह ठाकुर के खिलाफ एक बार फिर जमानती वारंट जारी हुआ है। ये जमानती वारंट एनआईए कोर्ट द्वारा मालेगांव बम धमाके के केस में चल रही पेशियों में शामिल न होने के कारण जारी किया गया है। कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को इस जमानती वारंट को ये कहते हुए जारी किया कि, मामले की बहस अपने अंतिम दौर में है, ऐसे में मुख्य आरोपी का कोर्ट में होना जरूरी है।
दरअसल, प्रज्ञा ठाकुर बीते लंबे समय से कोर्ट में स्वास्थ्य कारणों का हवाला देते हुए मेडिकल लगाकर अदालत की पेशियों में नहीं पहुंच रही हैं। इसी के चलते लंबे समय से ये मामला लंबित है। आरोपी पक्ष के इसी व्यव्हार को अनुचित मानते हुए मुंबई की स्पेशल एनआईए कोर्ट ने प्रज्ञा सिंह ठाकुर के खिलाफ पेशी में शामिल न होकर कोर्ट का समय बर्बाद करने के चलते जमानती वारंट जारी किया है।
इसी साल दूसरी बार मिला जमानती वारंट
आपको बता दें कि ये कोई पहली बार नहीं जब मालेगांव बम धमाके की आरोपी साध्वी प्रज्ञा सिंह ठाकुर को कोर्ट द्वारा जमानती वारंट जारी किया गया हो, इससे पहले इसी साल मार्च के महीने में भी उन्हें 10 हजार का जमानती वारंट जारी किया जा चुका है। हालांकि, उस वारंट को ठाकुर के वकील ने जमानत के 10 हजार जमा करके मेडिकल लगाते हुए कहा था कि प्रज्ञा ठाकुर अस्वस्थ हैं, इसलिए वो पेशी में नहीं पहुंच सकेंगी। अब 8 महीने बीतने के बाद भी पेशी में न आने के चलते कोर्ट ने उनका मेडिकल रद्द करते हुए एक बार फिर जमानती वारंट जारी करते हुए 13 नवंबर तक किसी भी स्थिति में कोर्ट में पैश होने का आदेश दिया है।
गौरतलब है कि 29 सितंबर 2008 को महाराष्ट्र राज्य में मुंबई से करीब 200 किलोमीटर दूर स्थित मालेगांव शहर की एक मस्जिद के पास बम ब्लास्ट हुआ था। इन धमाकों में 6 लोगों की मौत हुई थी, जबकि 100 से ज्यादा लोग घायल हुए थे। मालेगांव उत्तर महाराष्ट्र के नासिक जिले का एक सांप्रदायिक रूप से संवेदनशील इलाका माना जाता है। धमाके के बाद 30 सितंबर 2008 को मालेगांव के आजाद नगर पुलिस थाने में मामले दर्ज किए गए थे। फिलहाल, मामले की सुनवाई स्पेशल एनआईए कोर्ट कर रही है।
