रीवा ! जिले में टीबी उन्मूलन में प्रयास निरंतर जारी हैं. जिला स्तरीय टीम के साथ ब्लॉक स्तरीय टीम सामाजिक प्रतिनिधियों एवं स्वसहायता समूहों के समन्वय से टीवी उन्मूलन की दिशा में कार्य किया जा रहा है. टीबी उन्मूलन के लिए निक्षय मित्रों की श्रृंखला भी बनाई जा रही है. इसी क्रम में रायपुर कर्चुलियान में आयोजित समारोह में गुढ़ विधायक नागेंद्र सिंह ने टीबी रोगियों को पोषण आहार के 50 पैकेट वितरित किए. पोषण आहार के रूप में चार किलो आटा, दो किलो मूंगफली, एक किलो दाल तथा एक किलो भूना चना टीबी रोगियों को वितरित किया गया. विधायक श्री सिंह ने निक्षय मित्र के रूप में प्रतिबद्ध होकर टीबी उन्मूलन को अपने समाज से जड़ से मुक्त करने का संकल्प लिया. उन्होंने टीबी रोगियों के पोषण आहार के लिए 30 हजार रुपए रेडक्रास सोसायटी रीवा के खाते में जमा कराया. मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ संजीव शुक्ला ने बताया कि समारोह में टीबी रोगियों को पौष्टिक भोजन उपलब्ध कराने वाले स्वयंसेवकों तथा निक्षय मित्रों को भी सम्मानित किया गया. समारोह में सचिव रेडक्रॉस राजेन्द्र पाण्डेय, जनपद सीईओ संजय कुमार सिंह, जिला छय अधिकारी डॉ अनुराग शर्मा, बीएमओ डॉ कल्याण सिंह, धर्मेन्द्र सिंह, रेनू सिंह का विशेष सहयोग रहा.
