कितने समय बाद बच्चे को दे सकते हैं बॉटल का दूध
Baby Bottle Feeding Risks वर्ल्ड हेल्थ ऑर्गेनाइजेशन (WHO) के अनुसार, न्यूबॉर्न बच्चे को पहले 6 महीने तक सिर्फ मां का दूध (mother’s milk) ही पिलाना चाहिए. इससे बच्चों का डेवलपमेंट सही तरह होता है. उनकी बॉडी स्ट्रॉन्ग होती है और इम्यूनिटी बढ़ती है.अगर किसी वजह से मां को दूध कम बन रहा है या नहीं मिल पा रहा है यानी ब्रेस्ट फीडिंग पॉसिबल नहीं हो पा रहा है तो जन्म के दो या तीन हफ्ते बाद बॉटल का दूध दे सकते हैं. हालांकि, यह सिर्फ अस्थायी उपाय ही है, कम से कम छह महीने तक इससे बचने की ही कोशिश करनी चाहिए.
बच्चे को बॉटल का दूध पिलाने के खतरे
- कमजोर हो जाती है इम्यूनिटी
बच्चे जब मां का दूध पीते हैं तो उनकी इम्यूनिटी मजबूत होती है. जब बच्चे को ब्रेस्ट फीडिंग की बजाय बॉटल से दूध पिलाया जाता है, तो उसकी रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता कमजोर हो सकती है. जिससे वह बार-बार सर्दी-खांसी, बुखार जैसी समस्याओं की चपेट में आ सकता है.
- बढ़ सकता है मोटापा
छोटे बच्चों को बॉटल का दूध पिलाने से उनमें मोटापा बढ़ सकता है. खासकर तब जब बच्चों को जानवरों या पाउडर वाले दूध ही पिलाए जाए. दरअसल, जानवरों के दूध में फैट ज्यादा होती है,जो बच्चे के वजन को काफी ज्यादा बढ़ा सकता है.
- धीमी हो सकती है ग्रोथ
बॉटल का दूध पीने से बच्चों की ग्रोथ धीमी हो सकती है. बॉटल दूध से बच्चों के शरीर में माइक्रोप्लास्टिक प्रवेश कर सकता है, जो उनके शारीरिक और मानसिक विकास को स्लो कर सकता है. इससे उनकी ओवरऑल हेल्थ कमजोर हो सकती है.
- कमजोर हो सकते हैं फेफड़े
रबड़ के निप्पल वाले बॉटल से दूध पीने से बच्चों के फेफड़ों को नुकसान पहुंच सकता है. इससे लंग्स कमजोर हो सकते हैं. जिससे बच्चे को सांस की समस्याएं हो सकती हैं. कई मामलों में यह निमोनिया का खतरा भी बढ़ा सकता है.
