उत्तर प्रदेश के हरदोई जनपद में सुरसा थानाक्षेत्र के एक गांव में चचेरे बहनोई ने साली से जबरदस्ती शारीरिक संबंध बनाए। साली वह गर्भवती हो गई। पीड़िता के पिता ने बड़े भाई के दामाद पर दुष्कर्म का मामला दर्ज कराया है। घटना 13 जुलाई, 2024 की है। पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है।
सुरसा थानाक्षेत्र के गांव निवासी किशोरी के पिता ने तहरीर में बताया कि 13 जुलाई को बड़े भाई के दामाद श्रीपाल ने 17 वर्षीय बेटी से जबरदस्ती शारीरिक संबंध बनाए। इससे उनकी बेटी गर्भवती हो गई। इसकी जानकारी होने पर पीड़ित पिता ने पुलिस से न्याय की गुहार लगाई। थानाध्यक्ष अनेक पाल सिंह ने बताया कि तहरीर के आधार पर रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली गई है। शिकायत देर से सात दिसंबर को दी गई है। पूरे मामले की जांच की जा रही है। आरोपित के खिलाफ नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
किशोरी को अगवाकर किया दुष्कर्म, जबरन रचाई शादी
सुरसा थानाक्षेत्र में अपने चार साथियों के सहयोग से आरोपित युवक ने एक किशोरी को अगवा करने के बाद शादी कर ली। इसके बाद आरोपित युवक ने युवती के साथ बलात्कार किया। सुरसा थानाक्षेत्र के एक गांव निवासी पीड़ित पिता की ओर से सुरसा थाने में तहरीर दी गई है। आरोप लगाया कि सुरसा थाना क्षेत्र के सेमरा चौराहा निवासी आरोपित राहुल ने अपने साथी रजकोरा, मुन्ना, सालिकराम व रामकिशन के सहयोग से उसकी नाबालिग बेटी को अगवा कर लिया। उसके बाद झूठी उम्र के दस्तावेज तैयार कर आर्य समाज में शादी कर ली। आरोपी राहुल ने किशोरी के साथ बलात्कार किया। थानाध्यक्ष अनेक पाल सिंह ने बताया कि तहरीर के आधार पर रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली गई है। किशोरी को मुक्त कराकर राहुल को गिरफ्तार कर लया गया है।
